Erasmus+ Network Event’s Meeting (06.05.2025, online)

On 6 May 2025, the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine team joined a meeting to discuss the organisation of the international training event “AI4Students” for Ukrainian and EU youth in Uzhhorod.

The initiative was launched by the Edu Hub NGO (Armenia) team with the support of the garagErasmus Foundation. The meeting was attended by over 26 representatives and organisers who discussed the step-by-step preparation regarding logistical support, educational materials, speakers, and the overall programme context. The organisers developed a brief concept note to disseminate information and search for partners to host the event, specifically at Uzhhorod National University. Additionally, responsibilities for the general preparation and implementation of the event were divided between the Edu Hub team and the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine.

At the conclusion of the meeting, participants finalised a concept for the “AI4Students” international training for youth from Ukraine and the EU in Uzhhorod.
